Great place to stay, but limited F&B options.

The family room was very nice, the staff was great, the location was close to the sea and Disneyland.

The breakfast buffet and all hotel restaurants were pricey. Walking distance around the hotel were only very limited F&B options.

Lovely entrance, english speaking staff. Great breakfast buffet. Shuttle services - the key winner as its really handy to have for disneyland and the train station.

Great place to stay after arriving at Narita Airport and before and after visiting Disneyland.

Great location, good facilities and excellent staff. Free shuttle bus service was fantastic, the drivers were really helpful. Convenience stores close by. Ideal place to stay when visiting Disneyland and Disney Sea.

Totally recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Great location, great staff, great hotel!

We only stayed one night as a stopover choice before departing Japan from our two-week holiday. Great location if you are looking to visit Disney attractions and also away from the general hustle and bustle of Tokyo City. Shuttle bus services from hotel to attractions and train station available. Hotel was easy to access via Limousine Bus services from both Haneda and Narita airports. Bus drop off and pickup from nearby Mistu Garden Hotel which is only a few minutes walk from the Hyatt. The Hyatt staff even helped us transport our luggage to the Mistu on our departure, great service! Beds were very comfortable including the pillows which is rare for Japan. Rooms are very spacious for Japan standards. A short walk to the bay through park great for a casual walk for something to do. Ironing facilities in the room was great to see. Coin operated laundry machines are available for those staying for a longer period and need to do some washing. Roof top bar would be a great place to have a drink and bite to eat looking out over the bay. We didn't get the chance as short stay and raining on the day of our stay. But we did get to have a look the next day when weather cleared to a beautiful winter day. Staff allowed us to take a look even though bar was closed at the time. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Pre and post dinner drinks at the lobby bar was great. 12pm check out was also great and we used every minute of it as a way to enjoy a well-deserved sleep in after a very busy two weeks and before our flight home. Would definitely stay at the Hyatt at Tokyo Bay again.

Dinner at Garden Brasserie and Bar restaurant was a little underwhelming. Would recommend them adding a few more appetizer options and also some side dishes like side salads or vegetables and or potatoes to the menu to accompany main meal orders. They also did unfortunately mess up our dinner order. Missed one of our appetizer meals ordered which we were charged for, they happily removed it from the bill at the end of the meal. Also missed one of our mains altogether. Order two of the same dish but only received one. So, second main arrived when everyone had already finished eating. Staff at restaurant and bar also very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

A beautiful hotel with kind staff!

I loved the smell when I walked in. Such a nice smell. Like a high end spa! Loved how clean everything felt, and the beds are so comfortable! As an American this is so important to me!Beds were not hard! Slept so good ! Also the air conditioner worked great! Loved this hotel and the staff is so kind!

Everything! Staff was very friendly and helpful. it helps that they have free shuttle to Disney parks and train station. They also offered luggage services! Love this hotel!

The dryer wasn't working correctly. Clothes did not dry well.

Overall great value for money, clean and Lawsons next building. Friendly staff

Room was great size for Japan, clean and comfortable.

Was a little bit further out than our stay at Hilton last year, but had courtesy bus. The bus terminal pick up though at Disneysea and Disneyland is a walk away.

Good for your trip to Disney

Very calm neighborhood which is appreciable after a day at Disney ! The free shuttle to the subway station and Disney Parks is very convenient. Possibility to leave our luggages after checkout time if we don’t leave right away. Restaurant in the lobby was very good as well as the breakfast buffet.

Cleanliness wasn’t as good as what we could experience elsewhere in Japan.
